You could try a “head shop.” You know, a store that sales pipes and bongs. Tattoo parlors also.

It’s a long shot, but if you have a Disney Store in a mall near you, they might sell something like that as a promotional item for “Pirates of the Caribbean.”
Also…I imagine that with the popularity of the movie, there has to be a company out there making a sterling silver charm with a skull and crossbones. Did you try eBay?

Have you tried Hot Topic? I know they have all kinds of skull & crossbone things, I don’t know if they would have girly ones w/stones but they might.
